We'll use NewByPower's DA Face Replacer for this. I won't cover the specifics of how to use it, check the readme or various forum posts for that. The short version is you choose the save file as the source, a new face as the destination, then export. And voilà, one newly extracted MOR.

Unzip the DA Face Replacer download in your "My Documents/BioWare/Dragon Age/Characters" folder (Win XP) . Put it directly in this folder, not a sub-folder. I strongly recommend this install location. As I recall, DAFR ver 2.08 is already configured to open with Python. If not, you can right click on it and fix this in Properties.
